Road Parent Coach is delivered as a digital download. Because digital files cannot be "returned," our refund policy is based on satisfaction, not delivery.
If you are not satisfied with Road Parent Coach for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at nathan@roadparentcoach.com and we will issue a full refund. No reason required. No hoops.
How to Request a Refund

- Subject line: "Refund Request — Road Parent Coach"
- Your order number or the email address used at purchase
- Optional: what did not work for you (we read every response)
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund will be disputed.
