1. Seller Information
Road Parent Coach is sold by Aspect Media Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us").
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use Road Parent Coach for your own family's personal, non-commercial use. This license is for one household.
3. Permitted Use
You may:
- Download, print, and use the documents for your own family's supervised driving practice
- Print multiple copies of the Hours Log Sheet for personal use
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share this product with anyone outside your household
- Use this product for commercial purposes
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or disclaimers
- Post the documents online or in any publicly accessible location
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Road Parent Coach is the intellectual property of Aspect Media Holdings, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Road Parent Coach is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will meet your specific needs or result in any particular driving outcome or safety result.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Aspect Media Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this product. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Driving Safety
Driving involves inherent risk. This product does not guarantee safety. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for all driving practice decisions and for the safety of everyone in and around the vehicle during practice.
9. Florida Regulatory Compliance
This product does not satisfy any Florida statutory requirement for driver licensure, including TLSAE, DETS, or the 50-hour supervised practice requirement. It is a parent educational resource only.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in Jackson County, Florida.
